Bourbon Bacon Fudge
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 bag milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 Tbs bourbon
1 cup Bacon (crispy and chopped finely)
Combine milk and chocolate chips in saucepan and melt over low heat. Heat and stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in salt and bourbon. Combine well, then add in bacon and stir well again.
Pour into a parchment (or waxed paper) lined 8x8 pan. Let cool. Remove from pan with parchment and cut into pieces.
