Crab Rangoon Dip

INGREDIENTS:

8 ounces cream cheese

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

¼ cup fresh parmesan cheese

2 cans 6 oz each crab meat, drained OR 2 8oz packages imitation crab meat, chopped

1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

1 Tbs garlic, chopped fine

½ teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Use hand mixer to combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat until thoroughly combined.

Add in remaining ingredients, reserving half of mozzarella cheese.

Place in greased 8x8 pan, top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350°, about 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Serve with tortilla chips or crispy wontons.

Garnish with green onion, if desired.
