Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli

2 lbs chuck roast, sliced thin

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 Tbs sesame oil

1 Tbs oyster sauce

1 Tbs garlic, minced

4 cups broccoli

In bowl, mix together beef broth, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and garlic.

Put sliced beef in slow cooker, add sauce mixture, and toss to coat completely.

Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.

After 5-6 hours, add broccoli to slow cooker, do not stir. The liquid in the bottom of the slow cooker will steam the broccoli. Cover and cook another 30 minutes.

When done, stir to combine. Serve with rice.
