Blackberry Cobbler
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup milk
1 quart blackberries
Melt butter in casserole dish. Place it in the oven while it preheats to 350 degrees.
Mix sugar, Self Rising flour, milk in separate bowl.
When butter is melted and oven preheated, pour batter into casserole dish over the butter (don’t stir!). Pour washed and drained blackberries on top. Don’t stir!
Bake until top is golden brown, about 50 minutes.
